The Mission Of Keep Polk Beautiful
Our mission is to inspire and engage the citizens of Polk County, Georgia in taking responsibility for improving our community environment, with a focus towards:
- General Beautification
- Litter Reduction / Prevention
- Waste Reduction / Prevention / Recycling
- Education
- Individual / Household Responsibility
- Public / Private Partnerships
- Volunteer Action
Each year we organize several events to carry out these goals, and throughout the year we are responsible for several long term programs that make a direct difference towards the continual betterment of our community.
